20×200 | A Jen Bekman Project

My first purchase from 20x200

Last evening, while drinking and doing some serious painting of our own, my best bud Nikki introduced me to 20×200 | A Jen Bekman Project. Not only is 20×200 an amazing way to begin collecting art, but its a great project designed to introduce the work of new or emerging designers. Here’s the deal:

  • 2 new pieces are introduced each week and available in 3 sizes…
    • 200 small prints are sold for $20 each
    • 20 medium prints are sold for $200 each
    • 2 large prints are sold for $2,000 each (and one may be the original)
  • All editions are supervised by the artist
  • Each edition comes with signed certificate of authenticity
  • Lots of photography and illustration; some painting
  • Not into shopping for art online? Visit Jen Bekman’s gallery on the Lower East Side

My first purchase from 20×200 is Trucks, Seattle, by Tommy Perman, an archival pigment print that I bought for my son (who happens to be obsessed with trucks) – yes…I know he’s just 3, but now he’s also a budding art collector.
