There are many ways to say ‘thank you’ but sometimes a hand-written note is the best way to express your gratitude. Needless to say, I’m a big fan of both sending and receiving notes and letters and have been meaning to get new stationary for a while now.

After a lovely brunch today at Corrado (Lexington and 70th), I walked up 3rd Avenue and ended up at one of my favorite places in the world – Kate’s Paperie.

I circled around Kate’s for awhile and finally selected a pink rose floral set by Crane & Co and also a dollar sign one by Carrot & Stick. I also ended up buying a wind-up hopping chick for my son’s Easter basket, a new orange jelly roll pen, and some pink tinsel because I have no self control whatsoever.

Anyway, I’m looking forward to writing and sending out my new cards once, of course, I invest in some postage as well…baby steps you know.
