Thinking about getting a brand new bag…
One of the best/worse thing about fashion week is deciding what to wear each day and which bag to carry.
While I’m pretty sure I’m going to be picking one of Rebecca Minkoff’s new Darling bags in black haze (which is really one of the best bags around) to drag from show to show, I’ve lusted after Chloe’s Paraty python tote since it sold out on Net-a-porter oh so long ago.
Well, the paraty is now back and looking better than ever! Sure, it costs as much as 3 pairs of sexy OTK boots, but damn is it fine. Definitely a bag to have and to hold for a very, very, very long time.
Of course, I may just have bag fever, because I’m also craving this little vintage 1960s Python Pierre Balmain beauty from Shrimpton Couture…*sigh*

stop it!! do you know i have taken fab at least half a dozen times to look at this damn bag. buy it so i can live vicariously through you!!! why are bags so expensive?

i know – i’m soooo in love with this bag and i’m not even a chloe girl! i wish i could explain why bags are so expensive, but i can’t really. girls are will to shell out for these gorgeous status symbols so we’re all made to suffer. i would DIE for this one. such a good one to have FOREVER and ever and ever…
